New Enterance
Updated Facilities
New updated entrance including Electric Linch Hill Logo Gates. There is no public access to the complex to provide a completely private syndicate for our members. This will be further developed throughout the year.

Updated Facilities
The toilet and shower block has been upgraded with new doors, windows, new signs, fresh paint, mirrors, taps and hand dryers. Future plans to further improve this.
CCTV
CCTV systems have been installed around the complex to provide peace of mind for our anglers and provide a more private and secure fishery.
Gate Access
The gate fobs have been replaced with a Bluetooth access system allowing our members to simply drive up to the gates and they will automatically open upon recognition of the Paxton Key App. We also have a key pad system.
Swim Signs
Swim Signs
New Swim Plaques have been designed for each swim around the complex. These have been hand set into Oak posts. Once these have all been completed, they will be placed in the swims accordingly.

OnFish App
The OnFish App was introduced to Linch Hill for the syndicate season commencing April 2022. This app has been designed by one of our members, Steve Windsor, to provide a modern and efficient way to manage syndicates not only for us but for our members. It allows us to issue permits via the app with oversight on each anglers details. This also allows anglers to have a copy of their permit, the rules, gate codes and notice board all through the app. Out with all the paper forms, postage and passport photos, we are officially in the 21st century!
